In 2000, driven by the desire to build a career from coffee, Nguyễn Hữu Long partnered with a friend to start a coffee roasting and distribution business but faced failure. During this difficult time, he decided to work abroad in Japan. Despite the challenges, his passion for coffee never faded — he worked while studying coffee through various courses to deepen his knowledge. Later, he left a stable job at TOYOTA in Japan to return to Vietnam and found SHIN Coffee. His aspiration to change Vietnamese coffee-drinking habits inspired him to create products that carry true spiritual value while improving the livelihoods of farmers in coffee-growing regions.
